A Talented Dancer & PR Professional

Danielle “Dani” Hampson (born 1989 in Bolton, England) was a celebrated professional dancer and PR executive. She trained at Wendy Heywood School of Dance and later graduated from Phil Winston’s Theatreworks in 2007. Dani performed in productions such as Bethel Crowd and Albert Halls before becoming a mentor to aspiring dancers, teaching at her alma mater around 2010.

Her choreography credits include performing alongside major names such as Little Mix, Take That, and Spice Girls on the Spiceworld tour, and even featuring in Harry Styles’ “Treat People With Kindness” music video in 2021. Off-stage, she excelled in public relations with Knowles Communications, balancing a dual career with remarkable finesse .

A Family Woman & Beloved Fiancée

Dani and her partner, X‑Factor alumnus Tom Mann, shared a deep bond since their engagement in 2019. Their son Bowie was born in October 2021.Tragically, Dani passed away on June 18, 2022—the very morning of what would have been their wedding day, at age 34 .

  • Tom Mann wrote on Instagram: “On what was supposed to be the happiest day… ended in irreversible heartbreak. I feel like I have cried an ocean… I will wear this ring… as a sign of my unconditional love to you.” He vowed to raise their son in her honor.

  • “Dance with Dani”: Organized by Tom and Dani’s friends in London during December, this dance tribute involved top choreographers and aimed to establish a trust fund for Bowie.
  • Charity Football Match: Held on July 16, 2023 in Atherton, family and friends played in a memorial match captained by Martin and Andrew Hampson. They raised over £6,000 for Cardiac Risk in the Young, forging a tribute tradition and unveiling the Danielle Hampson‑Mann Memorial Trophy.
